I have not received my FNF amount and previous 6 months salary, I resigned in April 2023. And none of the employee has received the PF amount in PF account since 1.5 years. Company must pay us when they told us to leave . They don't reply to any mail.

They don’t action on senior Rm’s when they sleep during working hours in-fact operation manager will sleep she is lady too,at that time will have fun 🤩.

...wance for 6months are pending No Pf is deposited since I join almost a year now. No growth no appraisal no variable pay poor management worst company ever to work with 6days of work that sucks.they also cheat in terms of giving incentives when u reach the target. They promise something and gives u something.

There are flexible hours. If you want to postpone or prepone then it goes well . All should be done with reference to team

They don't increment atleast once in 3years .They completely support to client . They pay very less to the employees. There are no holidays

U will not get salary on time theres no growth here u will be stick to ur old position and also if u give any referals u will not get the appraisals Salary deduction is v common here

A good place to improve skills good exposure to enhance personal abilities.

The compensation benefits can be even more better for the amount of work and the working hours, week offs need to be adjusted to either 5 days 9 hours or 6 days 8 hours.
