Only thing to like about is huge product basket.

Dislikes

1. No any proper training is provided here. Everyone hesitate to share their knowledge. No HR policies. 2. No management at all 3. Some how you end up doing every non-engineering work just because you care about your customers. 4. No proper pay scale. It only gets to those who wants to become management's spy and slave. 5. No appreciation for good work and only care about business numbers. 6. Not at all an MNC culture.
