1.the most basic thing- their vending machine is horrible. the rest is not great either- they don't see value in people for skills- its on how much they can 'use' you for. a single negative feedback from their favourite employee can get you in the bad-books of the management -who really have zero idea of how to run an agency. Coming in on time & leaving on time is bad- they want you to stay till sunset, and spend extra hours at work-irrespective of you wanting to/ or actually having so much work.

Nothing.. unless you are in the inner circle of people who get all the perks and job security while they don’t even open their mailboxes for weeks. And that doesn’t count Vinod… he is the most immoral and selfish, evil, corrupt guy I have come across in my 10 yr career.

Dislikes

The HR is an incompetent idiot. The founder Ganesh Raju is flaky , erratic and egoistic. Nikita is inconsequential… her brands have 2-3 likes per post which are liked by the marketing team itself 😂. They will not consult/ enquire/ explain anything before firing you. They live and work and appreciate the people in a small bubble where they act gods to people’s careers. I hope their offsprings are hired by folks like them who ruin their careers. Try not joining Turbostart in any team whatsoever.
