It is a very good company to work for. Very high incentives are given. You can earn 2-3 times of the salary if you work. Work culture is very good and friendly. Management is very supportive and kind. They promote very good work life balance.

Company products are really good, but as it's from China, especially now lot of rejection from end users

As covid have affected each and every one, but we will get salary only if we achieve our target each month, either only basic will be paid, inspite of whatever challenges we have.

Supportive staff and inclusive team environment

1. Toxic management- The management tends to be baised and unsupportive which affects team morale. 2. Lack of job Security-Employees are often let go within few months, creating uncertainty and stress among staff. 3. Unfair practices - Management’s (Deputy MDs) personal egos can lead to wrongful terminations and unfair treatment of employees impacting trust in the leadership. 4. High turnover Rate: due to unhealthy work environment and poor management practices, many employees leave as soon as they find a better opportunity.

Great incentives for sales team. We earn more than our salaries through incentives. The company shares profits with the employees. Great work environment. Best part is management. And the management listens to the challenges and help to solve them time to time. Toxic boss culture is not there in the company this is the best part.
