CEO is trying his level best to maintain good culture but unfortunately failing due to some people. Or not sure if he's managing the show.

...ek before last day they removed my workspace and i didn't had a chair to sit on. I only allowed to sign forms without reading so that they'll keep my two months salary. Worst that can happen. From the day i joined more than 25 people left and same amount of freshers they hired to balance they're also leaving eventually and 7 people were from DOS team. The worst is they'll celebrate this as team party when someone leaves. Toxic company that's why there are only 7 girls in 50+ staff. The manager who's married having two kids is busy remembering his past girlfriend from office and wants someone to replace her otherwise they'll replace you simple policy. I think there is some kind of Khula Saand policy for managers.

Earlier there were few positives , unfortunately there is none now.

Dislikes

...er - no career growth , no better compensation , no policies, no job security. From the start of pandemic company deducting salary for all the employees and continued this for almost 2 yrs. Its been 3 years there is no appraisal no bonus. During pandemic company did not even provide laptops to many employees for work from home actually they even asked employees to apply for unpaid leaves because they do not have laptops for them. Many people work from their personal laptop to avoid forced leaves. Management forcibly asked employees to leave the company and environment is so unsecure that employees leaving the company and employee strength reduced to less than half.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I get to travel abroad, especially to Russia, Denmark and Japan. I also like the employee re-hire policy in TSS.

Very decent compensation.

The flexibility to work in all the functional areas within the company domain what entice everyone working here. You are not bound to your skill or functional area. Perfect work and personal life balance.
