The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a globle client base.as a result , i get to travel abroad, especially to us and canada.but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location ..ine is a us based client and they have some offices in toronto , hence i got a B1 visa uickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in colabration .i alsi like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is zero but growth is low. The work pressure is very high.somtimes i have to work 14-18hours straight is a day as i have to attend hours straight is a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals ,unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time .i do recive appreciation emails .

Actually there is no dislikes I considered two things in my way 1 less salaries 2 I have completed one year in this company still now I don't get any confirmation letter

The company is adopts latest technology &I have a quality products like instruments&a good quality reagents .the market feedback is very good.we work happily in this organisation .working style is very good as per industry.

Post parties g with organisation is painful, we need to remind consist for our settlement. Similarly unnecessary deduction for silly reasons
