I got very important learning for my career and based on my work I was given more responsibilities. I would have continued with the company but had to leave because the office was shifted and it was far for me.

Any day can be last day. They keep you greedy and throw you out as soon the work is done. Only those who are old are listened to, no matter how right you are. Because the will not get any job because the do not know how to work. Dose not matter how big a cannon it may be. Because he dose not know anything other than corel and doesn't even accept it. very bad or very cheap.

Amongst so much of negativity I was enjoying my work by utilising my experience though I was given a already tried list of clients by many earlier staff who could not crack any deal, I was able to get good number of adverts for three issues each even when the list was not to my liking. I requested the owner to provide me with some fresh list so that I can get better results which was denied. Surprisingly the clients I was supposed to try for the exhibition space selling from my list I found one staff of my boss's favourite guy contacted two clients and copleted the deal before I could be given the go ahead from my list for exhibition sales. Yet I got three stalls sold at full cost. I was astonished to know later that the exhibition clients I confirmed, will not give me any credibility in terms of achievement, as he believes that selling a stall was easier than selling adverts. I also sold ads for their another publication called directory for paper Industry. Though I signed the apointment letter for 3 years he asked me after one year to work on pure commission basis that too under tough targets from the same list. Insane Hope you will understand.

Team Mates were non coperative.I was working from home. It's a 17 year old company. They are actually aware of the clients. One of his favoured guy was not happy with my appointment Once I met him on an official tour to Mumbai event. We were sharing the room. I could not find my diary on the 2nd day which I was carrying for client references. The owner happened to ask this guy on the first day to interview me wherein I was the GM. Work environment should good for few staff in their Delhi office may be but I can only guess. I haven't been to that office ever.

It's an Ok place if you are a fresher, and can say 'Yes mam and Yes sir'. Nothing much to like about a place where everything is done in a typical 'lala fashion'. If you can suck up, entertain the little ego of the 3rd generation Lala, then you have a place at the expense of growing old. But they serve you plenty unhealthy food almost every week.

Everyone, from the peon to the so-called heads, reports to the 3rd generation lala. The lala could always be suspicious of anybody and everything because he is incapable of understanding people. The man even functions as an editor, creative head and also as a so-called CEO when he can't even write a sentence, can't even understand a painting and he wants one-on-one meeting, lasting several hours, even with everyone. In other words, there is no growth, no creativity, no room for experienced people, and hence the longer you work, you end like their dumb old employees who chew ghutkha at work.
