Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is descent but career growth is slow.

Talk with top level people at any time. We can improve our technical skill at any point, nobody can stop us. Motivate us to participate in technical events and improve kaizens

Salary is very poor when compare to other core companies. No work life balance. Need to work all Sundays and national holidays.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.
