The company which provides great opportunity to learning.There are advanced and innovative technology for making the product. Company maintain safe and good working environment.

salary increament are not good,career growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is descent but career growth is slow.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Dislikes

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.
