Poor company culture, poor management, Some senior staffs and workers don't ever care anything happens in company. No HR permanent. Every year many hr coming after 2month again new hr. No job safety. Targeted by Production Gm. If working under MD then no guarantee of Job till completion of day.

As the company is adopting the new innovations under robotics recently, there has been few areas to gain knowledge about the working principles of robotics.

... been a lot of work pressure. Which is directly affecting the work-life balance. Compensation is not much. Lack of appreciation for the kind of dedication I have shown.

Apart from the salary, company has been re-imbursing electricity bill, cooking gas bill & school fee of my children, bearing medical expenses of myself & my family members and for any health issues myself & my family members can meet the Medical Officer of the company at Occupational Health Centre of the factory or at the clinic of the said medical officer for which company bearing the consultation fee as well as expenses towards medicine. Recently when my mother underwent surgery the entire expenses was borne by the company.

Company is good but Worst Management.they are ready to hike 40-50% but no one will ready to work. Only two days leave per year for dasara for All department.No holiday on Sunday and also for festivals. No team work. Lot of groupism. Senior are complainting new employees. No growth. Food is worst. For breakfast everyday they are giving same rice

The wages paid and other benefits extended to us at the factory is one of the best in this area. In addition to uniform and shoes the company has provided me sweater cap and as I am using motor cycle I have been provided rider safety helmet.Good working environment.
