Poor company culture, poor management, Some senior staffs and workers don't ever care anything happens in company. No HR permanent. Every year many hr coming after 2month again new hr. No job safety. Targeted by Production Gm. If working under MD then no guarantee of Job till completion of day.

As the company is adopting the new innovations under robotics recently, there has been few areas to gain knowledge about the working principles of robotics.

... been a lot of work pressure. Which is directly affecting the work-life balance. Compensation is not much. Lack of appreciation for the kind of dedication I have shown.

Company is good but Worst Management.they are ready to hike 40-50% but no one will ready to work. Only two days leave per year for dasara for All department.No holiday on Sunday and also for festivals. No team work. Lot of groupism. Senior are complainting new employees. No growth. Food is worst. For breakfast everyday they are giving same rice

Its single man run owner based company. There is one man rule, worst work culture , without prior notice shift from one unit to another, no leave at all, if ask leave will loose our job. No learning, zero personal & professional growth , it’s harassing culture. It’s very unsafe work, any moment the owner may ask you to go home, not to refer anyone, people work here only for money but we loose our personal life. Owner will sit before cc camera & control moment of all staff, he may call even at midnight but if we not attend or call back he will shout or through out from company, very small reason he will kick out, very ego based owner It’s modern slavers like he treats all of his staff & worker. Many more things to write but in one word don’t turn up to join this company
