Salary doesn't get credited early when the data is already collected every month of 25th Every one depends on salary atleast it should be done before 5th date of the month. For me 5th date of each month is deadline day for all payments. This is very dissatisfing service when we do work ontime and such delay is not acceptable. Specially, for this month it's already 4th and not yet credited.

The work culture was good. I learned many new things as i was a fresher and this was my first company. We can easily reach out to the Sups & Above if needed. Everyone was cooperative.

The salary and increment is the part which i dislike about this company, it can be improved.

Good working culture , WFH during covid, provides complete system at home, good upper management, good training session.

No work life balance if you're associated with eBay process, less compensation, no salary hikes

They have given 3 month salary from March to June Later they forcefully resigned our position from there company.

... of politics and partiality.They are not giving the chance to experienced agent. Salary is also not up to the mark.

Increment structure of the salary as I am tenure sr employee 8 years in this company then also my salary is under 30k that is very shameful and new employee are mostly get salary more then me so in this sence my growth in term of salary is Tribble.
