No promotions No salary hike Work pressure Politics in company No proper training Company will not at all bother about the employees HRs are very rude in their behaviour Managers not at all bother about our employees health and problems Also salary is not at all proper there is always a difference in the salary almost 6000 which is deducted from my original salary. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
