...but when it comes to TTEC the policies changed and it is not good for employees. The salary never credit on time. HR is not able to help you if you have something against any supervisor or manager. If you want to leave the company due to some emergency they won't let you even you are ready to pay.

Increment structure of the salary as I am tenure sr employee 8 years in this company then also my salary is under 30k that is very shameful and new employee are mostly get salary more then me so in this sence my growth in term of salary is Tribble.
