Leave policy could be improved. Specially with paid leaves and sick leaves. When you apply for sick leave, your manager always feel, you are lying to him and enquire about your health not out of concern rather to investigate whether you are lying or saying truth. This strategy may work with employees who are taking leave continuously unnecessary but if you do the same thing with someone who taking it genuinely, it hurts.
Also there is no easy process of applying leave, you always need to approach manager on phone if you want to avail one to 2 days leave. For planned leaves, you need to apply 14 days before which is too high. In my opinion 7 days are enough.
Leadership development is necessary. For every problem, they pressure employees. Have seen leads who have good communication skills but poor product knowledge and they coach the agents for product knowledge. If company wants to grow they need to focus on this area. If they do not want to focus on that area then growth may happen by pressuring employees but not exponentially which can be done by improving leadership.
Everything the salary is too low for the dynamic process I was recruited for, seriously it's not even 20000 in hand and the amount of pressure they put is humongous, 3 chats at a time and aht and all other targets to be met what do you think people are and no job security you'll be literally pushed out of you miss on the targets

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary.
I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded.
I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company.
Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
...han 3 year experience and I must say this is very bad organization to work with. The teamleaders, Managers supervisors targetting us to work overtime without pay with unrealistic targets. Very very bad experience because of a lot of work pressure. Shared it on 'wehearyou' platform but no action was taken and the misconduct continues to happen and even increasing on a day to day basis. HR not taking any action. Exremely disappointed due to all this and I am looking for new opportunity. I will leave this organization as soon as I get a new opportunity.
Salary doesn't get credited early when the data is already collected every month of 25th
Every one depends on salary atleast it should be done before 5th date of the month. For me 5th date of each month is deadline day for all payments. This is very dissatisfing service when we do work ontime and such delay is not acceptable. Specially, for this month it's already 4th and not yet credited.
