If you are an exceptional employee and have good bonding with your team lead, you can earn 3-3.5k extra incentive if you meet the very hard-to-achieve targets set by the management. Trust me, not easy. If lucky, higher management in your LOB will listen to you even if your team lead is doing partiality or misbehaving. Keep your communications in emails, a pro tip from an ex-employee and never trust a word from your lead. You are not forced to do OT; at least in the LOB I was working. OT incentives are good. This used to be a good place to work in early 2022 to 2023 but is now very toxic.

...ceive a bad survey and constant micromanagement is done, which feels very toxic. They promote you, increase the salary by 3%, and on paper you are still in the position you joined the company. So now, you have the responsibilities of a team leader, earning like a team coach-SME, and on paper, you are a chat associate. So in the next company, you will be just a chat associate. There is no concept of IJP. No internal job postings are shared. There is not even a portal or a work email provided to the employees. The team lead will ask you to do OT every day, and you will be trolled in team meetings if you say no to OT. There is so much to write, but do not think that TTEC is a glorified BPO with a safe-to-work environment. It is like another BPO, just like TP, etc. Find better job ASAP

I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO JOIN IN THIS FAKE ORGANISATION 🚫

Increment structure of the salary as I am tenure sr employee 8 years in this company then also my salary is under 30k that is very shameful and new employee are mostly get salary more then me so in this sence my growth in term of salary is Tribble.

No salary hikes even year, no any US or any of the Indian holiday off are given. Only fixed 2 day week off is given. However this is the only company where you can take many leaves, they do not hesitate to give you leave to go home or support your family. So it is the best part of the company.
