Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Its a great place to work and employee first concept is followed. freedom of work is there with one condition is to complete the task without any error and within the deadline and without any client escalation. Honesty and financial integrity are the first two skills are gets the highest importance more than anything else. Professional work environment, work from home for senior managers permitted during pandemic. No login log out timing, 5 days a week but if needed to be stretched and staff is free to go if the job is done early. A culture of appreciation is there by the management on individual or team's achievement. Social media postings are regular to showcase the branding to the prospective clients.

Staff are workaholics here and management pushes to take a break / go on leave etc. increment is performance oriented and not given annually.
