Its a great place to work and employee first concept is followed. freedom of work is there with one condition is to complete the task without any error and within the deadline and without any client escalation. Honesty and financial integrity are the first two skills are gets the highest importance more than anything else. Professional work environment, work from home for senior managers permitted during pandemic. No login log out timing, 5 days a week but if needed to be stretched and staff is free to go if the job is done early. Staff are workaholics here and management pushes to take a break / go on leave etc. increment is performance oriented and not given annually.
