Dislikes

While I am generally very satisfied with my experience at TSYS, one area for improvement is the location in Noida. Compared to Gurgaon, Noida lacks some of the advanced infrastructure and amenities that could further enhance the overall work experience.

...ly mean it. From day 1 to this day I have lots of extraordinary experiences - 1. RECRUITMENT > They pay special attention towards the recruitment process, they believe in taking the best of best, I have seen that it took 5 months to fill just 2 position, the process is really refined and quality is their main criteria. 2. HR Interaction > Most probably, the HR who would be dealing with you for recruitment would be so humble in nature, that it will make you more comfortable going forward with the process. 3. FUN Activities > They really take very good care of the employees, you will feel that something is always going on throughout the year, you are getting gifts, going out for trips, team building activities and lots and lots of things. 4. Maximum of managers are really amazing in their own way, chances are quite less that you would feel frustrated because of them, each of the managers tries to help you in achieving your personal goal in terms of learning.

If there are pros, there are cons also - 1. Monotonous work - Because you are dealing with a product base company, you don't get to work on the new tech always, there are few lucky fellas in the Infra team who are blessed with new work every time. 2. Salary/Appraisal - They get you in with a good package, but then the sad reality is that, they get you down from the market standards very quickly so staying here for a longer period of time is really questionable, to the career growth. Please please please I place a humble urge to the management, don't force us to quite just because of compensation part, we really wanna stay, but not at the cost of my career growth, you hire the best and then you don't give the monetary benefits post hiring, this is really never expected out of NETSPEND. If at all feed back matters you really need to work on your appraisal system, it needs a remarkable amount of improvements.

Terrible management, do not listen Employee concerns, too much dirty politics in the office. Managers are given all the power which they usually misuse. They only give good appraisal, promotion to their favorites only. Manager don;t gives onsite opportunity even if you stay more than year in organization. They need guys who butter him up all the time and even if new guy came in last 6 month, they will sent their favorites.

...ask them to take necessary action like extending notice period or apply a LWP. When you resign then they stop your salary and FnF will comes in usually 4-6 month from the date you resign which is very bad as most of employee are dependent on salary for their monthly expenses. I have to take personal loan of 3lacs so that I can manage my finances in my notice period of 2 month. Its been 4 month and they haven't process my full and final settlement. When I tried to write Head HR and senior management, they don't reply back. So in conclusion if you have excellence skill to butter up the managers (Only quality that I lack) then this company is for you. Worst company in my 7 year career.
