Your hardwork is not at all acknowledged, Only big talks by management, no value of words. Management only demotivates, makes worse comments on employee. Mental state is not safe in this place. I have been through a lot.

Good motivation to work individually but more learning and knowledge sharing sessions must continue for the improvement of the team members.

No support from team members everything is burdened individually to complete the task.
