...y poor management not only manager level but TL and other Senior people as well. They also not give you a single day leave and deduct from your salary.

Good company to start your career in sales. Great opportunity for freshers seeking for job. Formal are compulsory but you can wear what you like. Nice people. Great managers. And Can improve your confidence towards clients.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. Office are officially closed for every Saturday but you have to come if Target didn't met. Too much office politics. If you tail your managers big yes your getting promoted. The pays and appraisal are a big disappointment. They post attractive salaries but in actuals are bad. If you're HR Don't join, you'll be puppet belongs to your VP and PMs.

Nothing to like.... Its just that apko chaatna aata hai to hi managers apko rakhenge varna kuch na kuch bahana hota hi hai unke paas apko torture karke nikalne ka

Everything...... Company culture is absolutely worse and there nothing to learn in this only the higher management like COO is nice Smita Mohite. HR department is just a vasooli department. Ms.Pratidnya Gopale specially the Worsest HR I've ever seen.... Literally I'll suggest stay jobless but dont join here u will downgrade yourself. AUR AGAR SATURDAY KO CHHUTTI NAHI DENI HOTI TO APNI COMPANY KO 5 DAYS WORKING MODEL KEHNA CHHOD DO BLOODY IDIOTS.

Company is good culture is also good and I could learn so many things but people are not good especially manager mr Alok kumar, playing politics and partiality is also there otherwise mr vivek bhide and every Team lead good
