Low Salary hikes A big partiality. Rude Manager. Company Name is trust but they are not trust worthy. Still working on old technology.

There is nothing for like. Only name is trust but all the things are fake. Team leaders are very rude. Company culture is so bad ,unprofessional. Only the people who came from consultancy got appreciation and support and the one who go with interview process get targeted. The work culture is pathetic. After appointment , they provide you training and took a exam in which if you get failed then they will fire you even after you have experience. Rules and regulations are not same for everyone. Work Management is so bad your team leader even not explain you complete work and every time change your work and complaints about your work and hide their mistakes. Team leader,manager ,technical director always scared you about your job security. Only the people WHO ARE COMING FROM CONSULTANCY and seniors are free from rules and regulation.

There is trust in name only, nothing else to trust. Rather than work here, you stay at home, relax or work as a delivery boy in Swiggy, Zomoto, but don't work here. The management team in the public Ganesh Mandal is better than the management team here.
