...very company take 15 to 20% as commission, but this company takes more than 25%. Salary is not paid on time, need to keep sending emails for Salary. None of the HR bothers to respond for any email related to salary or refund. No laptop is provided.

The work environment is dynamic and fun. Those with Quality skills and knowledge are rewarded with good pay. New ideas are appreciated and rewarded. Performance evaluations are conducted on time, and you will receive support from superiors to achieve your goals.

I love working here because it lets me keep a good balance between work and personal life. For those who are committed, there's a promising career path. Besides, the company offers competitive benefits like health insurance, needed leaves, including maternity, and a range of other aspects loke outings, appreciations, rewards, spot rewards, and team lunches or dinners. So, there is much to admire about this workplace.

Prioritizing the project or client's needs can be challenging and may involve adjusting personal schedules or workloads when urgent demands arise.

Likes

The workplace buzzes with positivity, largely thanks to the people's approach and attitude. Transparency is the norm here, and thankfully, I haven't encountered any office policies. The company's compensation stands tall among top players in the IT industry. Plus; the leadership, particularly at the top, is impressively skilled and efficient. It's the best to begin a career.

Dislikes

Being working at the project location doesn't quite suite me. So, I would count it as a con side for me.

Likes

Working closely with top leadership is like having a front-row seat to insight and it feels pretty special. Being in this role means getting to engage with respected clients in the industry, which is pretty advantageous. And here's the exciting part, there's no cap on growth for those who seize the chances and opportunities that come their way. Personally, I've gained priceless work experience and picked up enough of knowledge. The company is very much supportive too, encouraging and backing employees who want to pursue SAP certifications.
