It’s a great company to work with, it’s a process driven organisation. There is a huge office in Pune with a experience center and regional offices in Bangalore and Delhi. Company policies are framed to support each individual at different levels and are far upscaled when compared to other companies. Remuneration is little less, but however constant efforts have been made every year to support the employees

Remuneration is a concern for hard working employees.

Likes

Nice office and peoples, everything is free breakfast, lunch and cab for pickup and drop ( Saturday- Sunday off ), work life balance is good and on time payments. HR is friendly and supportive. Most of managers and high level people have very good behaviour.

Dislikes

Forget about promotion, only people who are there for years only they get most off benefits, they will mostly try to hire people on contract basis or apprentice ( So you will learn and get experience but don't expect promotion even after working 2 years)
