As of now nothing but sometimes it becomes very hectic. But if you're passionate about coding and Software Development then you will really enjoy a lot working for this company.

Don't have enough experienced individuals in the company. Nobody appreciation. Passive agressive manager Working weekends Constant anxiety due to no clearly defined tasks

Management is very supportive. From Day 1 you get to learn so many things. Projects are cool.

There is nothing that I don't like at Truminds. My only concern is that it gives a fresher a little less salary than the other competitive company.

I worked as an intern in 2019. I got to work on new technologies and I learnt a lot. Seniors are always happy to help. During my internship, when my friend got sick they helped us and were in direct contact with us. It was very good response from the CEO of the company himself. It was quite surprising.

If the salary gets increased a bit it will be very helpful.

Projects are more inclined towards networking, telecom, and automation testing. If you are interested in these areas, it might be a good choice. However, if you're not, there are rarely any development-oriented projects available.
