There is no work life balance, no learning, nothing. They keep wasting time on valentines day celebration, christmas, new year and it goes on. My manager doesn't evaluate employee performance individually. He compares. Work time is 9.30 am to 6.30pm, but you cannot leave even after 7pm,you need to get managers approval for leaving, almost like a school kid. People who comes late to office after 11 are treated well and vice versa for others. Working hours are strict for some people and flexible for some pets.

Dislike everything. Salary will be only peanuts.

I'm working with TrueTech for the past 3 years. It is a place of comfort and freedom. Even during this pandemic situation, we started to WFH even before govt declared it. Also, they have requested us to continue WFH till June and later to that based on the situation we may extend WFH. I should thank Mr. Praveen, Mr. Rajiv & Ms. Afsari for thinking ahead of everything and ensuring complete safely & security of our self and our job.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
