Various sessions by managers like, exercise, financial, communication, health tips, fun sessions and most important to mention here is, every Friday happy hour session.

There no process at all. One day suddenly manager call you and from next day you are jobless. Don't have any job security. Even they don't have long term goal.. They force you for done early once you did. They will thrown out from company. Even from fresher they expect a lot. Don't join as fresher they suck your life.. They Have policy hire n fire.. Not for experience personal.
