No job security they can remove you with one day notice. work culture is pathetic Manger doesnt know what work should give to whom total mismanagement of talent. company polices are like dictatorship they want us to sign 5 yrs of bond but they can remove us in single day.

no career growth, employees have to struggle to get fully paid, to much of micromanagement, microsoft 360 is installed on mobile to track the location. this company is a fraud company.
