Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. No likes. Very bad

Dislikes

Very bad work environment and culture. No HR. No policies. MD of this company feels like a legend, he is unable to come into reality. Management doesn't believe their employees. No timely payments to employees & sub contractors. They are cheating every one. People are serving hardly one month & some are not even appearing after attending the interview. Company running in 2 BHK rented apartment. Very cheap management.
