...ou out without knowing you, HR will directly tell to resign within 1 to 2 days. And also they will not release fnf and also hold your salary and even not give you salary according to offer letter. HR will behave after resign like she doesn't know you. Please think lots of time before joining.

In the current situation, top management is grappling with paying delayed salaries, ex-employees are chasing them for FNF but they don't have any exact solution for this. And yes jobs are at risk.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
