I worked at TRS for 1 year. Job security. Salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no in house working every one have to go to client site. They have all Indian clients. Career growth is not that much good. Company management do not stick to their promises. Sometimes work does not suits your profile. If you hit ego of management then they will make worst for you. No any innovation chance you will get. You have to repeat same things as they were decided previously. You are not allowed to interfere.

I like because this is first job and I learn from this company new software like SQL,VB and scanner which company manufacturing it self and develop software also.

Dislikes

I had not served the notice due to Corona I had gone to my home town, unable to come back I asked to HR plz gave me experience letter then they are terminat me I had done 9 year work in this company with dedication In return they gave me a termination letter While I had 45 above leave available
