The work timings are flexible and it doesn't matter if you take a longer than usual break between your shift as long as you meet your weekly targets.

Dislikes

No growth, career or salary wise..no leave policy in place..you will have to work even on Holi and Diwali or they will deduct the amount from your salary if you don't.

Severely underpaid and a lot of work load. Flexible working hours though.

Dislikes

I would appreciate if they would pay their employees better and credit salaries on time. Moreover, it's very harsh to switch working shifts all the time.

...itions SUCK. They won't hesitate to mistreat you. Too much of internal politics. For the same quality and amount of work, they pay employees differently and some of them get two week offs and some just get one off and that too on a week day. No transparency about finances, promotions, appraisals. They were in profit but still used covid as an excuse to not give appraisal to anyone. They basically exploit people and burden their employees with deadly targets to achieve on a daily basis. The list goes on and on. Will never suggest anyone to work here. The worst organization I had to work with.

I have very good experience with Trivium as I have got very good remuneration and benefits on time. But job security is not sure as I have got the job but after three months I didn't get any job from them as they have no works nowadays.

Having not getting works after three months of joining. As I had work based salary job I am very disappointed with that.

Flexibility is there. No proper shift timings exist. The early you come the early you can leave office.

Monthly salary cycle starts from 25th of every month and your salary for respective month will be credited on 15th of next month. 6. The worst and toxic manager Hardeep Singh works in this company who will surely make your life a living hell as time passes. He only expects everyone to become workaholic and devote their whole 24 hours to company work only. He would ask unnecessary and irrelevant question just to approve your work from home request and leave. 7. No growth at all. I've seen people working on the same role for almost 10 years. You can only grow in this company if you say yes to Hardeep singh for almost everything he says and become his puppet. ** PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU'LL REGRET IT ****
