They provide salaries on time and that will be without any deductions. Good work-life balance only if the project is good. Some freelancing opportunities.

...brutal in extracting targets (Mine was Suraj, the worst person in the Company). Don't give salary slips, so, applying for a credit card becomes a hectic task. Whether you can do freelancing or not, it depends on your TL (mine was Suraj, so, he denied always). They hire for simple mathematics but they give advance maths questions and force to do that.

Flexible hours of working

Dislikes

I spent 2years here mostly because it was a wfh opportunity and they pay recently well. However, the work culture is bad, the HR and project managers are rude and condescending. The peak periods are stressful and you are mostly unappreciated for your work. There is a lot of favourism. Anyone who is looking for a job that has to help them in finances only, this company is good. Otherwise, bad choice.

Flexibility is there. No proper shift timings exist. The early you come the early you can leave office.

...ffice. 4. No study material, support system, certification will be provided. 5. Monthly salary cycle starts from 25th of every month and your salary for respective month will be credited on 15th of next month. 6. The worst and toxic manager Hardeep Singh works in this company who will surely make your life a living hell as time passes. He only expects everyone to become workaholic and devote their whole 24 hours to company work only. He would ask unnecessary and irrelevant question just to approve your work from home request and leave. 7. No growth at all. I've seen people working on the same role for almost 10 years. You can only grow in this company if you say yes to Hardeep singh for almost everything he says and become his puppet. ** PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU'LL REGRET IT ****

Working at Trivium is really nice. But the salary accrued to me is very less in comparison to what my colleagues get and working equivalent. Also, there is always a feeling of risk of loosing job because of the contractual role hiring. Even after completion of the contractual period or specifically probation, only an extension is given on contract whereas it is very much fine to offer permanent employee position.

Overall the experience is very good. But, sticking contractual employees to contractual position by giving an extension and not offering a permanent role even on completion of the initial contract seems unfair and poses risk to job security.
