Company didn't provide WFH at any cost. Job security is also a concern here. Company didn't provide any extra perks and benifits only salary you will get, nothing to motivate employees.

Work culture is very good, and the management is also very cooperative if you perform well with loyalty. There is lots of opportunity to adopts latest technology. Delivers quality product within timeframe.

It will be awesome, if they start statutory compliances(Salary breakup like Salary slip, PF), other than I love to work here.
