Everything. This is one of the best companies I have been associated with. From job security to work life balance, from salary to the perks and benefits everything is good. People here, welcome you warmly and on the top of the list they have a very safe and friendly environment. There is no work stress. They recognize the hardwork and do appreciate with various rewards. Except for the reason you will have to relocate from Chennai, you wouldn't opt to leave this company (as they have only one branch i.e. in Chennai). It was great working at Trivent Systems Pvt Ltd.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
