There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There's a Bond of 2 years before wich you con not resig. On the job training isn't given to new joinees.

Only the owner, CEO and VP are the ethics and ambitious

1. Salary cycle is worst 2. Service and manufacturing quality is poor , client don't want to repeat the orders and old client don't trust products and services. 3. Sales team has only prompt the people who joins and spends the money after working hours in parties and outing. 4.. Promotion only for the few selected people

The CEO and the owner are fraud. They dont pay the employees on time while the owner drives a 3.5cr car. The CEO cannot lead the company and is on that chair only because he is related to his Owner. These people claim to be a global company but their attitude and mentality never got out of Ulhasnagar. The work environment here is very bad. And that is because of the owner of this company. He thinks he knows everything but all he knows is how to cheat people and not pay salaries on time and lavishly spend all the money on costly cars.

Everytime some new sales guru comes to enlighten us. 6. every 15 days sales meeting 7. This is the worst place to be for a experience person and for fresher it is hell 8. No raw and production material availability at the time of delivery to customer

I was under leadership of some fantastic leaders, who gave me a free hand to work according to me and have guided me greatly in learning sales skills
