They started wfh soo early, and they started preparing for it from January itself. This is something I would really like to appreciate. Compensation was also great this year a little bit less than other years but still good , all in all covid 19 didn't really affect the work or compensation except that we have to wfh and work life balance has become hard to manage now.

After acquisition of Triple Point Technology by ION, new management did lot of worst experiments. No proper appraisal process, no job security at all, much politics, leaders don't have vision, teammate's are good but there is no growth in career. Work environment is also good.

Learned Finance domain basics, trade capture and commodity markets., lot to learn domain wise. Had great time with excellent manager and team to help resolve cases. It was fun playing carrom matches with the team at the first year until they stopped it and moved us all to new office space in Yerwada. Some of the best work ethics demo-ed by colleagues here(Core team) I will always cherish the time I spent in TPT while i was with core team.

Dislikes

Old code base is not refactored, limited learning wrt new technologies. No importance is given to improving performance or doing it in a right way- as long as it works- no one wants to touch it. Some people are there for a long time, some of them are very best they can get but some are there that are just there cause they grew there. Such someone demands to be a manager and then even when they do not know basics of managing a team, the team is stuck and such a setup can cause a lot of trauma for the team under such person. I was moved to such a new team., and that was the triggering reason I left the company.
