The Learning curve, Career growth and opportunities is quite impressive through out all the level of profiles.

... with the people and getting the feedback. Work Pressure is very high sometimes. Compensation is decent but very slow. Several HR Policies need improvisation.

Project and clients are good.Nithing much to tell.

Hierarchy not defined properly.Assigned to report to unskilled persons ie lack or knowledge and who don't know have professionalism. Lot of micromanagement.Benefits are always give based on favorism no matter how hard/smart you work and make deliverables.HR is just like a puppet.No proper appraisal or promotion but make employee to work with load.WFH only for their favorite persons.No org wide centralised policy.

The last 16 months have been a great experience at Tringapps and I feel privileged of joining this organisation. From the start of initial days to now, I'm really enjoying this wonderful experience by delving into the various facets of IT and also the friendly nature of people in Technology and HR team.
