I have been working here from last 3 years, got lot of opportunities to learn, manager, team lead guides you in proper manner, multiple projects to switch on, healthy work culture, technology growth and most importantly project teams are quite understanding, always help each other in achieving task. Company provides training sessions to learn and knowledge transfer session also here to let other people know exactly what you have done, and what knowledge you have and it provides you opportunity to grab the project and appreciation as well. Rewards recognition also here to appreciate your hard work.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, shift issue is here as all are US projects so have to take evening calls, salary structure not good.

...rtunities to learn new technologies specifically Oracle Cloud planning products. Good Career Growth and compensation. Easy to reach top management. Flexible work hours and long term work from home option.

Sometimes work is too much overloaded. Request to management to keep track of the work assigned by different managers and also try to utilize all employees instead of reaching out to only their best employee.

There is no job security, employees are helpful, company policies are not upto mark

No innovation, no onsite opportunity. there is not value for current employees and they take new employees with higher package and does not give us even decent hike. The Director and HR manager is very Bias. Not good company to work with as there are lots of negative reviews and feedback from the current employees

Nothing to dislike when you have such great employer. This job needs you to stretch sometime but at the same time, it gives opportunity to learn new things.

...eferral), you are screwed up. And mgmt doesn't want to listen 'no', at any cost. Salary, work life balance etc are all in dreams here. They expect you just work work work work and work, with heads down, with lots of politics, with no acknowledgements, no remuneration.

Dislikes

Favorite, least salary, hierarchy politics, no work life balance. If you don't work and just become conformist, they will retail you at any cost. This is not the place for true and honest career aspirants.
