Trimble Chennai CPD divison has degraded a lot for the past few years. Most of senior skilled engineers have been moved to another company. 15. When you compare the package that you are getting here with the competitor companies, you will get know how much you have been underpaid. 16. I know most of companies will be giving diwali gifts like 1x or 2× of your salaray, but here you will be given some random gifts like trolley, mixer🫠🫠. They don't even give like a voucher. 17. They will hype like this(CPD) is the best division in Trimble Chennai, you will be working on cutting edge technologies, you will be having great hike/promotion. But the reality is, other divisions are way ahead than this and they are getting more hike than this division. 18. You can see that most of managers here are doing micromanagement.
