Count every minute of your login time even if you log out late they will still cut down your salary 1 Min late login counts but 10 min late log off doesn't matter you are still getting cut down from salary

Nice environment to work with management and listen to employee ideas and thoughts. They also allow us to develop our knowledge. And colleagues are helping, if you are get stuck in work.

Employee benefit is not available currently (Leave policy, Health insurance) and salary is credited on 10th only, management is working on the same. Hope these benefits are implemented ASAP.

...r sleeveless, imagine the backwardness and thinking process of the company. • They will do wrong commitments that they will be paying for the fuel expense, will facilitate the travel, providing breakfast, etc, but everything is a complete lie. • They will force you to come 15 mins early and will force you to sit 2 hours extra for work and R&R(Rewards & Recognitions). They don't even pay you anything for rewards, just a piece of paper to people who has the ability of buttering. • Jolly plays so much politics with the person she dislikes, either that will affect the mental peace of that person or he/she will leave the company by losing so much self confidence. • You have to use your break time to go to washroom, imagine!!! • You are not allowed to talk with anyone on the floor more than 2 mins else someone will call from Sydney about the same, work like a labour or leave the company, this is the motto of the company. • Wrong commitments about Christmas holidays, Australian staff 3 weeks holiday and Indian staff works like labour without the holidays, not even Indian & Australian holidays, forget about Diwali & Christmas both. Join if you want to affect your mental peace. Suggestion to Trikon, let people like Jolly & Jinu go else they will sink your company.

Never join them in sales team, they offer nice salary but on name of sales they require cold caller, from 3rd day it's self people around you start poking you every 15 min and keep pushing you for no reason, job is not secure since you can't work in this over pressure environment, also owner is arrogant and keeps telling you about his vision to list his company in Stock exchange and how he helped his 1 employee to build his dream house.
