... while working. No office politics to my observation. Great work life balance. Since I left before my appraisal I'm unsure about salary hikes.

The only thing I least liked about trigyn is their less inclination towards adopting latest technology within organisation's projects.

No transparency from top management, hiding information to employees, poor salary hikes, insecure job, no projects availability, employees choice not given to select the projects, They order to take the project without employee concern and aspiration. not an employee friendly company. Employees aspiration not at all considered.

Everything else than on time salary. They will not follow any procedures or policy when it comes on you, no office hours as they think you are available on all days and all time including night also.worled almost 18 hours daily even on weekends and didn't get anything in return. No appraisal and bonus.they will not provide you any increment also.worst company to work with.

Poor Management, Very bad politics, They dont have even their own office and every one is posted in any govt dept. where infrastructure is worst. This company can ask you to resign when they dont have any work for you. No job security.

If you are gujrati leady and CA Finalist than you will get increment with promotion within first 2 years & 2nd promotion within 2 years and other than this you have to specific Gents & other caste have to wait for 5 even if you are CA Finalist

...g for name only, they are not looking attendance like working hrs of employee. Every 2-3 they are chenging their employment cycle and one time bonus paid and no increment. Expect only 8-9% increment average. Management show they more interested in employees but it's Only mask. CFO work whole night with their team, he doesn't value their staff, he works upto 2AM in the night by the time the staff keep on waiting even work from office and work from home. CFO doesn't have computer competency, doesn't have control on account.
