And the promotion to next level looks like politics , hotel is hiring people from non - oberoi for executive level but not giving promotion to the person who is loyal to the company from long years. This is demotivating Me . Its a sad thing about the brand . Salary also less n no promotions.

Horrible hours working 12+ every day,less salary, they want only work if ur unwell also.There is no over time money.no pick n drop.manager want people to work more than working hours.Always less manpower.no increments.apprailes they will rate wantedly below target or on target.

If anyone can refer to slavery in the textile industry, you will experience morden slavery here. It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave
