Lot of politics, no good policies, useless top level management, no work life balance, salary hold, no growth, HR is of no use, Egoistic people, no value of employee, only salary is good.

They offer handsome package to freshers no matter they are from which background.

...e/guarantee. Salaries were always late and everything was unpredictable there i.e salary deduction, late reimbursement of expenses, unnecessary deductions, no increment/promotion to people who were disliked by management/ CEO. No value of degree/experience.

Likes

Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Dislikes

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.

...tion, Growth and good package to only Campus Joiners. Worst for Lateral hires 2. Improper parameters for Salary, & Growth 3. Forceful operational challanges like Locking Laptop, High time on Gemba, etc

...and lead the company towards its mission,vision and goals to achive proactively. Compensation and Benefits are competitive as per best industry standard.
