GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...ent head is lala ji EA. 8. Job security is a dream 9. Not the best pay masters. Change organization Structure/ designation/ your salary every 3-6 months 10. While they inform that CTC is mix of fixed and variable, believe me everything is variable and salary for current month is given on 14-15 of next month that too with lala ji approval 11. Changed CFO 4 times in last 2 years. Nobody is ready to join because of bad reputation. Currently 9 years experience CA appointed as CFO shows the situation.

Salary is good in comparison to most of the manufacturing industry.

...l time (consider working 10 hours as blessing, you could have to work more). 2. Salary is never credited on time and now they want to send it through physical cheques. Consider yourself lucky if you get your salary by mid-month. 3. ****They will hire you for one thing and will make you do something entirely different.**** Work culture is absolutely worst. 4. Any senior could hit and abuse any junior and it will be appreciated by their own seniors. Organization's promoter (then owner) has history of being violent and torturous (mentally and physically) towards his employees. 4. IT policies to create obstacles in your work instead of supporting it. 5. They can plan spy in your team to tattle on what you think of organisation (Not joking). 6. They will fire you because they have to hire new employees to earn favor from government. 7. They don't allow personal sim inside the premises and will take away your phone for 2 months if you are found with your sim. 8. Gaurd can check even your purse. 9. You cannot be seen sitting idol even when you are done with your work or it could be fatal for your job. 10. Only critical resources are retained, rest are just the fodder waiting to be culled so that new one could be brought in. 11. HR are useless. 12. Onboarding process is one of the most tiresome and bad one. 13. HR policies aren't good either. 14. Reimbursement has deliberately been made so tough to claim that you are most probably going to lose some money to this organisation. 15. No end if dislikes for thus organisation. 16. You can comment on the review if you wanna know anything else.

Dislikes

The hiring process is very lengthy and sometimes frustrating as well. The rules and regulations are very strict and there is no flexibility in timings. Candidates are required to follow the same steps multiple times during onboarding.
