Nothing, just that pay is decent but only in the starting. No yearly appraisals, only raise you going to get is when you get a promotion. That's also difficult to get if you are hard working, if you're good at licking boots then this is the right organisation for you.

Dislikes

Typical Lala company, living in 1980's. The chairman thinks he owns everyone and you might get physically assaulted and beaten up. No skill growth, no clear job roles & responsibilities. A significant part of day is spent in playing the blame game and saving own self. If you're lucky your manager might save you from all this, but that's very rare. Zero job security, anyone can get fired and beaten up at any time, it can be an operator or a plant head. HR department is a joke, just a puppet of Lala.

Everything 1. Work culture 3. No rectification of data entries 4. Work under depression 5. No sleep due to work pressure 7. All leaders are servants of chairman 8. Only single rule and guidelines followed set by Chairman

Good organisation for learning and development in textile industry. Good salaries to freshers and experienced employees.

Dislikes

...k life balance if you are working here as they follow the policy of 1-2-3 ie. One employee will get salary equivalent to two employees and work will be given equivalent to three employees.

Unprofessional company, unethical practices by but providing salary on time, delaying mandatory components of salary, no clear exit policies, no experience certificate, biased approach

The company offers excellent job opportunities with good and competitive salary package. They maintain high level of professionalism and are well renowned in the industry.

Dislikes

The hiring process is very lengthy and sometimes frustrating as well. The rules and regulations are very strict and there is no flexibility in timings. Candidates are required to follow the same steps multiple times during onboarding.
