There is next to nothing good about working at Trident other than the inflated salary that they offer.

Dislikes

Their work culture is horrible. Toxicity, micromanagement & harrassment are deep rooted in the company's ethos. It is the perfect example of a 'lala' company dictated solely by the promoters where no other opinion matters. You will not get to learn/do anything substantial here as their mentality dates back to the begining of time. There is nothing called work life balance as you are expected to work 24*7. The managers are horrible ego maniacs & will torture your mental health till you collapse. After having spent a year here, I will never ever recommend anyone, especially youngsters to work here unless you are in extremely dire need to money.

Nothing, even salary comes so late like at the end of next month.

Everything from the management to the culture. They show that they adopted Japanese culture but all they do is work with Lala Company culture. Whatever that dictator says, everyone has to agree or else you're fired.

I could have said that they are the paymasters and you get your salary after taking all the unreasonable pressure and tension but from the past 2 years getting a salary was a big question. When are you going to get it and how much will that be? Systems and organizational structures would change so frequently that there is zero certainties about anything but the chaos and unnecessary conditions to fulfill other than your work to get your salary.

Dislikes

Chaos, chamcha culture, people in the leadership team would do everything to be there and maintain the ecosystem that rots this extremely high potential company. In pure lala culture, everything depends on mood swings. Deserving people would not get promoted but a handful of people who are the yes sir army would get promoted. No work life balance. Absolutely zero faith in the employees, you are just sent to the factories for the sake of abiding to random instructions irrespective of your requirement to do so and contribute. People in good positions hire submissive and less talented employees in order to make sure that the output is always sub standard and they are never challenged.

Toxic work environment where one person calls all the shots. No stability and consistency in giving salary. Sometime you get it on 8th of next month while sometimes it even extend to 20th of next month. No job stability or security you can be fired anytime
