...k life balance if you are working here as they follow the policy of 1-2-3 ie. One employee will get salary equivalent to two employees and work will be given equivalent to three employees.

It's like , a whole organisation works as per a single person's mood and gets fired when he has mood swings, here machines are more trustworthy and valuable than humans. If anyone can refer to slavery in the textile industry, you will experience morden slavery here. It's very easy to become a slave here get your brain washed by both terror of being fired and perks of getting easy promotion by simply becoming their slave
