good for freshers to come and learn good salary, people are good

no job security, fewer clients, and a lot of work pressure once you are out of the project you are a liability to the company and they will treat you as a slave

Likes

Compensation is really great and hike is really above par for a service based company.

Dislikes

Not much work satisfaction since most of the time goes in calls but that is the case with all service based companies.

I worked for 4 yrs in Tricon as SAPUI5/Fiori Consultant in which I worked for 3yrs at SAP Labs which is its client.They will try their best to provide you project and if selected in client interview, you have to go wherever the client place will be otherwise fired immediately. If not selected in any of the client interview they will keep u for at least 3-4 months on bench , after that they will fire

Dislikes

HR not replying to mails, not picking calls,no onsite allowances after 6 months,not getting salary on the last working day of the month

We would love to work in Tricon due to 1. Flexible work timings 2. Good appraisal and appreciate your work. 3. Company culture and unlimited party's 4. Team outing 5. Learning new technologies and Support from team is awesome.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is bit problem, you won't get good food in cafeteria. If you are carrying lunch then that would be fine.

Nothing as such. Learning opportunities there but we don't get the hands on.

Dislikes

A developer's life will be good only if he/she gets into a good project and is under an excellent manager. Too much Toxic environment.A lot of politics. very less projects and more people on the bench. you never know when and where they will throw you if you are on the bench irrespective of your skill set. Too much micro management.
