Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

What I Liked about this Company - They wanted you Work and be a Asset for company not a Liability - Time Flexibility - work Culture -They allow you to learn anything available there after your work (learn and grow) They want leadership and communication skills then they will offer you higher positions -If join new then say Hello to Suresh sir from me he is so sweet and Humble

...you have be a more Flexible than you are you may have to change tasks rapidly -you may have to work on Sundays (they will pay for that)

I am not satisy this compeny this was another compeny to move agreement done but use personal usage use like tissue.
